Membership Types and Duration
flicko.video offers the following subscription plans:
- Quarterly Membership – valid for 3 months
- Annual Membership – valid for 12 months
- Lifetime Membership – one-time purchase with permanent access to applicable features
Membership benefits begin upon successful payment confirmation. Access will remain active for the duration of the selected plan.
Payment and Billing
- All payments are one-time charges based on the selected plan.
- Where applicable, subscription plans may renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. Users can manage or cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting support.
- Failure to complete payment may result in restricted or suspended access to the service.
Credits and Usage
- Certain features may require usage credits depending on the selected plan.
- Credits are consumed upon successful generation of content and are non-transferable.
- Unused credits remain valid within the active membership period unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation
Users may cancel their subscription at any time.
- Quarterly and Annual plans remain active until the end of the billing period.
- Lifetime plans are non-recurring and do not require renewal.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund previous payments.

- Refund eligibility does not include dissatisfaction with generated content, as outputs are dependent on user inputs and system variability.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Partial or full usage of the service or credits
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs
- Failure to cancel before renewal (if applicable)
- Violation of Terms of Service
Credits that have already been consumed are non-refundable. Only unused credit balances may be considered for refund within the eligible window.
Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of generated content.
We may retain a limited license to use anonymized or aggregated content for:
- Service operation
- System improvement
- Product analytics
