1.1 Service: All services you are currently using depend on the version of the application you have installed.
1.2 Service Description: Includes all announced and future instructions, rules, notices, and other content; all instructions, rules, and notices have been published.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this service in any form. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If we discover that an account has been registered by a minor, we reserve the right to immediately terminate the account without prior notice or any liability.
To provide services and support, you must ensure that the information provided during registration is true, correct, legal, and valid. If outdated information restricts or blocks your use, you must update it promptly. We are not responsible for losses caused by outdated information.
To provide better services, we may collect certain information and data from you. By reading our Privacy Policy and clicking "I Accept" during registration or use, you consent to our collection and analysis of certain information.
You can generally view and edit account details (username, avatar, password). For security reasons (e.g., password reset), you may not be able to modify certain information provided at registration.
We have implemented user data security measures to comply with applicable laws. We will only disclose your information with your consent, in compliance with our Privacy Policy, or as required by law.
You are fully responsible for any videos, messages, information, and other content ("User Content") created or shared through our services. You retain ownership of your User Content. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the service and User Content.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this Agreement or may be offensive, illegal, infringe rights, or pose a threat. We are not obligated to monitor or verify content and assume no liability for any content uploaded by users.
The following content is prohibited on our services. We reserve the right to investigate violations and take legal action, including removing content, terminating accounts, or pursuing damages. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
Prohibited activities also include criminal or infringing acts, automated scripts to manipulate the platform, impersonation of other members, selling or transferring your profile, and using the service illegally or unethically.
Do not post, modify, distribute, or copy copyrighted materials without permission. Repeated violations may result in account termination.
You are responsible for interactions with other members. We may monitor disputes but are not obligated to do so.
Users must comply with instructions and use the service legitimately. Cheating, multiple accounts, and automation to gain rewards are prohibited.
We may cancel your account without liability if you request cancellation, you violate laws or these Terms, or if required by law or authorities. Upon cancellation, you will lose access to the account and records, and personal data may be deleted or anonymized.
Our service uses a membership and points system. No free service is offered. Users may subscribe to membership plans to access benefits: video generation, using points, downloading watermark-free videos, etc.
Your subscription will automatically renew one day before the end of your current billing period. You will be charged the applicable fee using your chosen payment method unless you cancel before the renewal date.
Points are required to generate videos; different video types require different points. Points are valid during the active membership period.
All members have equal processing rights when generating videos; no priority queue exists.
Members can upgrade at any time; the upgrade takes effect immediately.
Subscribers to any plan (weekly, monthly, or annual) can download watermark-free videos.
Users retain ownership of content generated and downloaded during the active subscription period, including commercial rights. By using the service, you grant us and our affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the content for operational, improvement, and promotional purposes. This license does not affect your ownership or commercial use rights.
Points consumed for failed video generation or content rejected during review are automatically refunded.
Payment confirmation is provided upon successful transactions. Failed payments will trigger a failure notice; users may retry. Existing pending orders must be completed before initiating new payments.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to the service until that date. Subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. Purchased points are also non-refundable.
All IP rights, including copyright, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and related materials, belong to us and are protected by law. Users must also respect third-party IP rights.
14.1 User Rights and Obligations: You are responsible for all activities under your account. You must comply with service instructions; any violations may result in liability, including compensation for losses.
14.2 Company Rights and Obligations: We provide the service, maintenance, and troubleshooting. We are not responsible for issues caused by your actions or uncontrollable factors. Service upgrades and maintenance may temporarily disrupt service.
We are not liable for losses due to system maintenance, upgrades, third-party failures, technical issues, natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable causes. Users assume risks for service changes, suspension, or termination.
We may modify or add to this Agreement in compliance with law. Updated Terms will be posted in the app and become effective upon notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
We may provide upgrades at our discretion. Unless upgrades include new contracts or major changes, these Terms apply. Using the upgrade constitutes acceptance.
We may penalize accounts violating this Agreement, including warnings, restrictions, account freezes, or termination. Users are responsible for damages caused to third parties, including legal fees.
Users may update invoice information in Stripe for future invoices. Changes only affect future invoices. Taxes or VAT may apply depending on billing address; these are automatically calculated. Tax policy may change over time.
